This kit assists agencies to improve staffs’ writing skills. The process begins with a personal writing analysis. Exercises are targeted to individual training need, or they can be incorporated into a general training program. The program is specifically geared toward writing requirements within the field; reference materials for trainees are included. Scenario exercises promote individual decision-making and the creation of appropriate written materials in relationship to the issues presented.
